The belief behind Core Happiness™ is that we can ALL live a life full of happiness, love, peace and abundance if we align ourselves with the things we value most. As we become self-aware, by discovering our deep core beliefs and values, we start to nourish our souls with positivity, love, hope and inspiration.
Personal awareness and mindfulness of yourself and your situations help you determine what it is that YOU truly want out of your life and/or business. I am sure you have heard the sayings; ‘The only one who can create change is you’ or ‘The only one who can make you happy is you’. Well these sayings do hold truth.
You are in control of your happiness, your decisions, your life, your relationships and your future. Through mindfulness and personal awareness you can rediscover your core beliefs and values which are the seeds to peace, happiness and abundance. Grow more empowered, confident, motivated, while gaining clarity and inner peace.
We live in a world full of roles and responsibilities that require us to wear many different hats. Think about all of the different roles you play in a single day.
With the daily demands that have been placed on everyone, especially women, we often find ourselves feeling, tired, alone, confused, and often worn-out as we try to wear so many hats ranging from family (mother, wife, divorcee, girlfriend, daughter, sister, etc.) to work (stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, part-time, contractor, etc.), to provider and nurturer, to last (but not least) a woman (who you are as an individual, your hobbies, your dreams, your fears, your health, etc.).
It is no wonder that it is easy to lose sight of one’s true self! It is easy to let those roles start to define you, when in actuality, the only way to truly show up for those roles and responsibilities is through self discovery and self-care.
There are many different aspects and areas of our lives and often times those areas have a large influence or affect on our overall wants, goals and even potential obstacles.
For the whole person process, I will start with a complementary introductory session to determine the best fit of services and make sure you are comfortable with proceeding. Once you are comfortable going forward we will then move on to the discovery session in which we will explore those different areas and aspects of your life. This session will be the longest session (often running between 60 minutes and 90 minutes long). All following sessions will then move onto addressing your specific goals in the areas of your choosing based on the discovery session.
Virtual sessions conducted via Phone or Skype for Personal & Professional Development. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Sessions and packages are tailored to each client’s needs. In person, face to face, sessions also available by request for those living in Metro Atlanta.
Virtual sessions conducted via Phone or Skype. Session range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the size of the group. Each session includes a detailed recap of the session as well as action steps to work on in between sessions. Sessions are best suited for corporations, teams and families.
In person workshops for topics ranging from The Power of Positive Thinking, Mindfulness, Personal Awareness, Female Empowerment & Confidence. Currently workshops are only available in the Metro Atlanta Area. For virtual or out of state workshops, please send a request form on the contact page.
